NYC DOE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL: THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2022

2022-2023 SCHOOL HOURS: 8:00-2:20

NYC DOE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL: TUESDAY, JUNE 27, 2022

IMPORTANT ATTENDANCE INFO:

Students who are not in the building, on line with their class at 8:00 a.m. are marked late (Please note:  8:01 is considered late.  Chronically late students will be referred to our Attendance Team and will require follow-up with families)

Thursday, September 8, 2022: Students whose last name begins with A-M will report to school from 

8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Students whose last name begins with N-Z will report to school from 9:45-11:15    

     a.m. 

Friday, September 9, 2022: ALL Pre-K students will report to school at 8 a.m. and will be dismissed at    

     10:40 a.m.

     Monday, September 12, 2022 and on: ALL Pre-K students will report to school for a FULL DAY from 8    

     a.m. to 2:10 p.m. 

 If your child is going to be absent please send a Dojo message to our Attendance Dojo Class (you will be sent an invite to add the Attendance Dojo class.  Please be sure to add the Dojo Attendance class at the start of the year) Please include your child's name, class and reason for lateness or absence.  Please include a picture of the doctor's note in your email of available

K-5: Served in our cafe from 7:35am - 7:55 am

*Tops - White collared shirt with our school logo that you can purchase from French Toast (enter PS 207 as the school site for options)

*Bottoms: Grey

*Our Community Based Organization partner after school program is housed in our school building, however, is  run by Kingsbridge Heights Community Center. This program is open to all students, on a first come, first serve basis.  Please contact Ms. Janissa Francisco at KHCC for additional information and registration if you are interested in enrolling (for information or to apply, please visit the KHCC page linked above).


*We are currently in discussions with additional community based organizations to support us in reaching PS 207's vision, mission and goals.


*P.S. 207 runs 6-12 week cycles of after school programs throughout the year to address specific students needs including remediation for reading or math, Special Education recovery, English as a new language support, and Enrichment.  You will receive additional information if your child is selected for one or more of these specific programs.
