A School Leadership Team (SLT) is a collaborative body of parents, administrators, and staff that develops educational policies and programs, ensures resource allocation, and makes decisions for a school, particularly within the New York City Public School system. The SLT's primary role is to create and oversee the school's Comprehensive Educational Plan (CEP), which includes goals for student achievement. They also participate in strategic planning, evaluate programs, and help foster a collaborative school culture.
